We’re a 2nd Generation family-owned business that truly values every member of our team, and we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to serve as our general office administrator and provide direct support to our President and Property Manager.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential assistance to our leadership. You’ll handle a variety of general administrative duties, freeing up our President and Property Manager to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a full time, Monday through Friday, in office position.
We’re looking for someone who possesses the following skills:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage various administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- High Level of Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for clear and professional interactions.
- Proficient Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating various software, including strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, and at ease with learning new systems.
- Proactive and Adaptable: Willingness to assist in other general duties as needed in our smaller operation, where flexibility and teamwork are key.
- Experience in an Administrative or Executive Support Role: Demonstrated experience in providing direct support to senior management is a plus.
Job Type: Full time, Monday through Friday, in office position
