Since Spencer Matusky purchased the company from his parents, Fred and Patricia, in 2013, Flo-Tron has more than quadrupled in size. We have become the trusted resource for the service, engineering, and construction of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation for hundreds of organizations.
We take pride in the reputation we’ve built in this industry since 1985. While our expectations are high for everyone who joins our team, we gladly reward talented, hard-working people who share our core values and want to establish roots here.
